Our Karuthal initiative achieved another successful milestone, continuing our annual delivery of childhood drug awareness and health & safety training seminars across Kerala. Focused on the early recognition and prevention of teen drug use, Karuthal aims to tackle one of today’s growing societal challenges by educating families and communities through free, age appropriate, and multi disciplinary resources. Substance misuse often reflects wider vulnerabilities in a child’s life, and our mission is to address these issues proactively through early intervention, awareness, and empowerment. In Kerala, the rising threat of drug addiction highlights the urgent need for education, particularly among children from at risk and socially isolated backgrounds. With strong collaboration from the Government of Kerala, and guided by a robust governance and safeguarding framework, Karuthal training sessions were conducted across various locations, reaching approximately 1,500 children. We are committed to equipping the next generation with the resilience, knowledge, and life skills needed to make informed decisions and face life’s challenges with strength and confidence
